This Company was
established with the objective of investment in
construction
of hotels, accommodation and recreational centers and also
supply of
equipment and facilities of such centers. One of the main plans
of this Company
is to procure and carry out time-sharing plans of the
accommodation centers
and hotels across the country and establish relations with
international centers
in this connection. This system has been implemented in some
hotels in the country.
This Company has
taken steps in consultation and implementation of projects
for
construction of hotels and accommodation centers and is
currently engaged in investment and
seeking partnership of others.
Part of major
activities of I.T.S. is focused on touristy regions and free
zones such as Kish, Arg Jadid Bam,
Kerman, Tehran, north of Iran and Mashed. At the
present, the Company is expanding its plans by seeking
partnership of Iranian and
foreign investors.
Meanwhile, this
Company has implemented various projects for construction of
accommodation centers (hotels and motels) and
recreational centers ordered by
private and public sectors. On the other hand, based on the
experiences it has had in the past a
few years, the Company has run some internal and
external tours specialized for agricultural and
industrial experts and managers of
organizations and private/public sectors inside and outside the
country.
I.T.S. Company with
its extensive facilities, has held some general & specialized
seminars for Iranian and foreign experts and students.
International and internal seminars
have been among the activities of the Company in the past
years and for the present, it holds public seminars
annually.
 One of the major
subjects of this Company is construction of hotels,
motels and
accommodation complexes
in Tehran, provinces and free zones of
the country. This Company gives
services in consultation, design and
construction in each Stage ordered by
the investors and those willing to enter into partnership.
This Company is a
private joint venture and has a Board of Directors, Managing
Director and executive
departments in Tehran and some other provinces.

اين شركت با هدف
توسعه سرمايه گذاري در زمينه هاي جهانگردي, هتل سازي و مراكز
اقامتي و تفريحي و همچنين تامين لوازم و امكانات مراكز توريستي و
هتلها تاسيس شد. يكي از برنامه هاي اصلي اين شركت تهيه و اجراي طرح
مالكيت زماني (TIME SHARING) مراكز اقامتي و هتلها در سراسر كشور و
ايجاد ارتباط با مراكز بين المللي در اين زمينه بوده است كه تاكنون
در چندين هتل كشور اين سيستم در حال اجرا مي باشد.
اين شركت نسبت به
مشاوره و تهيه طرح و ساخت برخي از هتلها و مراكز اقامتي اقدام
نموده است و در حال حاضر نيز در اين زمينه در حال سرمايه گذاري و
جذب مشاركت مي باشد.
بخشي از فعاليت هاي عمده شركت I.T.S متمركز در مناطق توريستي و
آزاد كشور از جمله كيش, ارگ جديد بم, كرمان, تهران, شمال كشور,
مشهد مي باشد كه در حال گسترش برنامه هاي خود با جذب مشاركت سرمايه
گذاران داخلي و خارجي مي باشد.
همچنين اين شركت تاكنون طرحهاي گوناگون ساخت و راه اندازي
مراكز اقامتي (هتلها, متلها) و مجموعه هاي تفريحي و ورزشي را به
سفارش بخشهاي خصوصي و دولتي ارائه نموده است. از سويي شركت I.T.S
با بهره گيري از تجارت مفيد در طي چندين سال گذشته با تاسيس مركز
خدمات مسافرتي و جهانگردي اقدام به برگزاري تورهاي تخصصي داخلي و
خارجي براي متخصصين كشاورزي و صنايع و مديران سازمانها و مراكز
خصوصي و دولتي در داخل و خارج از كشور نموده است.
شركت I.T.S با بهره گيري از امكانات وسيع خود اقدام به برگزاري
سمينارهاي تخصصي و عمومي براي متخصصان داخلي و خارجي و دانشجويان
مينمايد. برگزاري همايشهاي بين المللي و كشوري نيز يكي از موضوعات
فعاليتهاي اين شركت در سالهاي گذشته بوده است و هم اكنون نيز
سالانه اقدام به برگزاري چندين همايش سراسري مي نمايد.
يكي از موضوعات مورد توجه اين شركت ساخت مراكز اقامتي و مجتمعهاي
مسكوني در تهران و استانها و مناطق آزاد كشور مي باشد كه در اين
زمينه خدمات مشاوره اي, طراحي و ساخت در هر مرحله به سفارش
سرمايه گذاران و يا كساني كه تمايل به مشاركت دارند به عمل مي آيد.
اين شركت سهامي خاص
بوده و داراي هيئت مديره و مدير عامل و بخشهاي اجرايي در تهران و
برخي از استانها ميباشد.
