  Nowadays, Tourism and other related businesses are of high importance in the
world and especially in most specific developed countries. A method QC hotel
management is time-sharing which has advanced in the developed countries.

    Time-sharing has been used not only in hotel management but in other affairs in
our country and other countries for long that is joint ownership of title of a specific
subject but enjoying all ownership privileges.

   To practice the method, a hotel or a motel divides its rooms and. suites in specific times and transfers utilization times to buyers who are in fact joint owners of one or several utilization times in a hotel or motel in different touristy regions. For instance, you can buy a week or a month from 12 months of a suite in a hotel during which you will be the owner of the suite and will benefit from its ownership privileges.

2. The owners may introduce their relatives or any other person to the hotel during the period of their utilization time.
3. The owners will enjoy all facilities and services of the hotel.
4. If utilization times are not used, the owners may put them at the disposal of the hotel to rent them out and pay the rental fees to the utilization time owners.
5. The owner may sell his/her utilization times at any time.
6. The owner will not pay for extra costs of maintenance, repairs, etc.

   بطور مثال شما مي توانيد يك هفته تا ماه از 12 ماه يكي از سوئيتهاي يك هتل را خريداري كنيد كه در آن يك ماه, شما مالك آن سوئيت بوده و حق مالكيت كامل را خواهيد داشت.



مزاياي استفاده از اين بخش:

1. مالكين زمانهاي خريداري شده از ارزش افزوده هتل بهره مند مي شوند.
2. مالكين مي توانند در زمانهاي مالكيت خودشان, اقوامشان يا هر كسي را كه مايل باشند جهت بهره برداري به هتل معرفي كنند.
3. مالكين از كليه امكانات و سرويسهاي يك هتل بهره مند مي شوند.
4. در صورت عدم استفاده مالكين مي توانند زمانهاي مالكيت را در اختيار هتل قرارداده و هتل آن زمان را به مسافرين اجاره مي دهد و مبلغ آن را به مالكين زمانها پرداخت مي نمايد.
5. مالك مي تواند هر زمان كه مايل باشد زمان مالكيت خود را بفروشد.
6. هزينه هاي اضافي براي نگهداري و تعميرات و ... براي مالك ندارد.
